Since every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Ready to Ship items are delivered within 2-5 days.
Customized orders take 1 - 2 weeks to make, plus 2–3 for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL-

Ready-to-Ship items are usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
Customized or made-to-order items take approximately 2–3 weeks to prepare and ship.

WHAT COMES WITH THE MOSES BASKET?

Each Moses basket includes a custom-fit mattress. Stands and accessories (like changing baskets and nappy caddies) are available separately or as bundles.

Yes, all our products are handmade using OEKO-TEX® certified cotton cords, which are baby-safe and eco-friendly.
