What is your return policy?

Since every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you.

How long does shipping take?

Each item is handmade to order. Production usually takes 2-3 weeks, and delivery within the UAE takes 2–3 days after dispatch.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we deliver across the UAE. For GCC or international shipping, please reach out to us directly.

What comes with the Moses basket?

Each Moses basket includes a custom-fit mattress. Stands and accessories (like changing baskets and nappy caddies) are available separately or as bundles.

Are your products handmade and safe for babies?

Yes. All baskets and accessories are handcrafted using baby-safe certified cotton yarn that is soft, durable, and gentle for newborns.
