At Kroshè The Label, each product is carefully handmade to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Please note:

• Minor variations in color or size may occur since all products are handcrafted.
• Refunds are only applicable in cases of confirmed product defects or errors on our part.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
