Since every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you.

Ready to Ship items are delivered within 2-5 days.
Customized orders take 2-3 weeks to for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL-

Ready-to-Ship items are usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
Customized or made-to-order items take approximately 3 weeks to prepare and ship.

WHAT COMES WITH THE MOSES BASKET?

Each Moses basket includes a custom-fit mattress, pillow, Stands and accessories (like changing baskets and nappy caddies) are available separately or as bundles.
